We’ve hand-selected these fleeces for their silky texture and glowing vanilla tones. Gentle and welcoming, the colours drift between soft cream and mellow warmth, creating a dreamy atmosphere that feels restful and inviting. Natural markings ensure every rug is completely unique.

This sheepskin rug is made exclusively from incredible 100% British rare breed fleeces. Each fleece comes from small flocks grazing the green hills and fields of the UK, helping to support traditional British farming and preserve these wonderful materials at a time when they are becoming increasingly rare. Every stage of this rug’s journey, from selection to hand-finishing, takes place right here in Britain. This is slow, careful craftsmanship—the antithesis of mass production—rooted in our respect for nature, animals and heritage.

Each sheepskin is individually chosen for its silken texture and distinctive markings, then thoughtfully paired and expertly hand-stitched by our talented team here at Sheepland Ltd. We are proud to remain one of the last true British makers still working this way—from fleece to finish, all under one roof.

Measuring approximately 203cm in length and 71cm across, this rug is generously sized and wonderfully comforting underfoot. For care, we include a complimentary sheepskin brush with every order.

We always photograph our rugs in natural daylight to best capture their authentic hues—though as with all natural materials, the appearance may shift depending on the light in your home. This is part of the living beauty of working with something so real.
