We have been handcrafting these in our Somerset Workshop since 1988, using the traditional methods with nothing but the finest British sheepskin. For a throughly British and luxurious Hat, look no further than our timeless, classic Cossack. These handmade Sheepskin Cossack Hats are perfect for keeping your head toasty warm on frosty winter days! Even more perfect for a theatre production.

Fantastic with the matching Sheepskin Boots, from walking the dog to a winter wedding – they are marvellous for any occasion. We make them with long fur sheepskin in Ivory with a single piece of whole fleece twin face sheepskin making the crown. The flat panel of twin face sheepskin, keeps the top of your head beautifully warm, with the suede skin side facing outwards.

The Ivory Cossack has a Chestnut panel, We have experimented with some EXTRA fluff fur. As you can see from the photos its very fluffy, plump and voluminous.

These make lovely gifts and have a real wow factor, not to mention every piece is hand cut, stitched and finished by us in our Workshop.

Please note that as Sheepskin is a natural product it varies in colour tone. The hats are a made from an ivory fur not bright white.
