Handcrafted in our Somerset workshop, this beautiful Toasted Almond double sheepskin rug has a quiet depth that reveals itself the more you look.
At first glance, it carries a soft, creamy almond tone, gently warmed with subtle toasted hues. Then, as the light shifts, you begin to notice something a little more unusual beneath the surface. Faint grey undertones sit softly under the top layer of fleece, not obvious, but just enough to give the rug a layered, almost shadowed depth that you don’t often see.
This is 100% British sheepskin, sourced from UK flocks and tanned here in the South West. Every skin is hand-selected by us for its softness, density and character, before being carefully laid out, matched and stitched together in-house. We spend hours pairing these incredible sheepskins, ensuring the tones flow naturally and the finish feels balanced and calm. It’s a slow, traditional way of working, but it’s what allows rugs like this to come together so beautifully.
The fleece itself is wonderfully full and silky, with that gentle toasted warmth sitting over cooler undertones, giving it a slightly more refined, contemporary feel while still remaining completely natural.
