Handcrafted in our Somerset workshop, beneath the watchful outline of Glastonbury Tor, this beautiful British sheepskin rug is a quiet celebration of natural warmth and understated luxury.

Somerset Buttercream is exactly as the name suggests. A soft, creamy ivory base sits alongside gentle golden undertones, reminiscent of fresh churned butter and sunlit countryside. The colouring is completely natural and undyed, allowing the true character of the fleece to shine through, with subtle variations that make this piece entirely unique.

Each skin has been carefully hand selected and matched by us, working closely with our trusted South West tannery. We choose for softness, density and tone, then bring them together and finish them by hand here in our small family workshop.

From our family to yours, this is a piece made with care, patience and a real love for what we do.

The result is a beautifully tactile rug that feels thick, weighty and incredibly soft underfoot, while still feeling calm and effortless in a space.
