Terms & Conditions

Main Points:

  • If you need a refund or exchange you must pay the postage to return it to us.
  • You must ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel, otherwise if returned by courier, we will pass on their fee before resending.
  • Any help/recommendation with sizings are not guaranteed, we simply advise as best we can, with our product knowledge.
  • You understand that Sheepskin is a natural product and the skins can subsequently have variations in colour, texture, fur length and weight, this is to be expected from handcrafted products. It does not make them faulty.

Please be aware that International Orders will be charged at cost with FedEx couriers after you have placed your order, additional costs will be deducted by card or requested on PayPal after the customer has agreed to the quote. Any UK domestic postage options are NOT VALID and you will need to pay the difference. 

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, or the items are the wrong size, please send the item back, as far as possible in the original packaging and we can organise a change of size or a refund, provided the goods are returned immediately WITHIN 14 DAYS in pristine condition. YOU MUST ensure you enclose a note with telephone number, name, address and exchange details. We recommend sending items back via Royal Mail. The contract between the customer and Sheepland begins when the item has been dispatched not at the time of ordering. We do not refund postage in any circumstance except in accordance with the Consumer Contracts 2013 cancellation right. If you wish to cancel under these you must inform us in writing within 14 days to: Sheepland, The Hollies, Peacocks Hill, Barton St David, TA11 6BN. We do not accept cancelation in writing via email or fax. If you require a cancellation form, one can be made available to you via email.

If you believe the goods are faulty, please send them back via MyHermes.co.uk economy shipping, or Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please DO NOT use Special Delivery as we cannot sign for items and they will be returned to you. We will then inspect the goods and assess if there is a manufacturing defect, and if in agreement will refund accordingly. This is at the Companys discretion.

Customers must return goods promptly in pristine condition in order to gain a refund in all circumstances including the Consumer Contracts 2013

Clearance Items: These items advertised in this section may or may not have faults, or be substandard, or imperfect. The prices on this page are very significantly lower than the normal sale price, thus no refund of postage is applicable, except as above.

Christmas Orders/Refunds

Only orders placed in November and December are eligible for the extended Christmas returns policy. They should be sent back by January 31st. Please enclose the “Refund/Exchange” Form sent out with your order. Or enclose a note inside to tell us your query and what size you wish us to send to you as a replacement etc. PLEASE include original order details to help assist with refund/exchange. If you do not do this it will significantly delay the process.
