We make our traditional range slippers and rugs on the premises, UK customers will usually receive their
orders within 5 working days - international customers please contact us
and we will advise.
Delivery times may take longer at peak times, especially if we need to
make special sizes, please telephone us if you would like something
delivered for a specific time or occasions. we can usually try to help.
All
parcels are sent recorded delivery Royal Mail, unless they are large, in
which case we use courier . Royal Mail demands a signature. We
can usually send within a few days to one week, depending if we have the
stock available, special orders may take a little longer. If you require
your item urgently and would like a next day delivery, please indicate
on the comments box and we will charge you accordingly, costs from £8.00
standard charge but can be more according to weight etc.
UK/ EU parcels are sent recorded delivery, or
by courier.
International parcels are charged
postage @cost, we will try to let you know the cost of the postage,
but this may not always be possible due to time limitations,. Outside the EU, Goods are sent D
D U, recipient is liable for local taxes. USA customers are
not charged import duty on items less than
$200.
We have found that our customers like to
discuss their orders with us, please email or telephone and we can let you
know availability, postage times etc. We can
take credit card orders on the telephone, or you can send a cheque.
Refunds policy -
If you are not satisfied
with your order, or the items are the wrong size, please send the item
back in the original packaging and we can organise a change of size or a
refund, provided
the goods are returned immediately in pristine condition. Please ensure
you enclose a note with telephone number, name, address and exchange
details. We do not refund
postage.
If a package cannot be
delivered by Royal Mail, they should leave a card, so that you can
collect it yourself.
Royal Mail keep
packages for one or two weeks, please refer to their website for further
information.
We can give you the
tracking number if your package is late.

If your package has been mislaid by Royal
Mail, we will refund you when we receive confirmation of loss from the
Royal Mail, this can take up until 2 months as they obviously try to
track their parcels themselves.
Christmas orders
needing to be returned, should be sent back to us by the end of
January. Please put a note inside to tell us your query and what size
you wish us to send to you as a replacement. We do not refund postage
unless the goods are faulty.
